Dr Monica Mawoyo

Project manager

Monica is an independent research and evaluation consultant specializing in education and skills development. Monica has knowledge and skills in materials development and review, and can evaluate the pedagogical soundness of reading, teaching and learning materials.

She has been a part of various teams that have designed interactive CD based material, reviewed the communication strategy to learners for Learning Solutions, a Holding Company for the International Colleges Group. She also made some of their learning materials accessible for learners of English as an additional language, and developed storyboards for the development of eLearning courses for Trustee training. Monica also has skills in mentoring, through her role as senior researcher and evaluator in multiple projects.

Monica is fluent in English and Shona.
