Dr Oscar van Heerden

Oscar van Heerden cut his teeth at the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), and has completed assignments for numerous Sector and Education Training Authorities (SETAs). He brings a thorough understanding of the international political economy, skills development and the Higher Education landscape.

He is a council member of the University of Venda, and Easter Cape Midlands College. H is an active fellow of the Mapungubwe Institute for Strategic Reflections (MISTRA). Oscar is a relationship and  stakeholder manager, secures contracts and offers strategic direction to Kelello.

Oscar is fluent in English and Afrikaans.
